Another distorting article published by this paper: The people don't have any participation and say, neither on the national nor on the local level; everything (executive and legislative) is decided by the king, but the people are sovereign and have always (!) been so??? The truth is that King Gyanendra is practicing article 20 (2) of the panchayat constitution that described the sovereignty of the monarch. The failures of the party politicians are another chapter that has nothing to do with the question of sovereignty and the lacking constitutionality of the king's steps.
